Durban Cycle Academy in Durban, South Africa, is based at the Chesterville Sports Grounds, near the popular Pavilion Shopping Centre. The multi-sport facilities are a hub for local sporting talent and the addition of the new Velosolutions 1000m2 pump track in March 2019 has attracted many young cyclists and skaters to the site. Cycling is a new sport for the community and has been welcomed by the local authorities as an opportunity to engage more youth in positive activities and keep them off the streets.
